This week Ariana and Zsofia talked with Dr. Ivette Perfecto, James E. Crowfoot Collegiate Professor of Environmental Justice at the University of Michigan. They discussed Ivette’s undergrad in Puerto Rico and her graduates studies at U of M. She shared with us how she became a professor and how her collaboration with her husband evolved. They also discussed Ivette’s coffee drinking habits and her favorite restaurants.
